We currently manage three office buildings in downtown Hammond. Many of the offices have been recently renovated and are all set for you to move right in and start working.

We also have an associate tenant space. It is a shared office space of 128 sq ft for $100 per month and includes a mailing address and limited free use of our conference rooms, etc. Access to the building is only during the HDC hours of Monday through Friday between 8-4. If you are interested in being an associate, you can fill out the lease application above.
